Abstract

The countries around the world are badly hurt by the problem of global warming and pollution. No doubt production is increasing in the developing countries but with that production the problem of global warming is also increasing. Sustainable production from the organizations is the demand of modern times. Sustainable production will not only be cost effective but also help in reducing the problem of global warming. The usage of social media in organizations can improve the score of sustainability for small, medium and large size organizations. Social media adoption will be less costly for the small and medium organizations and it will help them in achieving desired output as well. In this paper the researchers will discuss about the usage of social media factors in organizations and their impact on the sustainable approach of the organization.
