Abstract

Abstract: the article examines the features of criminal characteristics of causing harm during sports competitions in the legal system of the countries of the Anglo-Saxon legal family in comparison with the domestic approach to this issue. Authors analyze the possible innovations for the improvement of Russian legislation in this area.
