Abstract
Organizations are founded and centered around the values of their stakeholders. By that account, the International Association of Hyperpolyglots (HYPIA) embodies certain values, including multilingualism. This paper explores the literature of multilingualism as a value, and then suggests how HYPIA might continue to act as an association that both embodies and upholds the value of multilingualism.
