Abstract

Automated decision-making in public administration makes it necessary to redifine older administrative law principles. In this paper administrative law and public administration science is combined to adjust old principles in principles of good digital administration. The paper consists real life illustration of individual cases and elaborates the possibilities of mechanisms resonsive to changing action situations.
