Abstract

This paper, the original draft for the article edited and in print which is to be published in 2021, is a sequel to the related articles of mine already published, "Incorportating Freign Legal Ideas through Trans- lation" (in: A. Halpin et. al. eds. Theorizing Global Legal Order, Hart Publishing, 2009) and "Normative Translation in the Heterogeneity in Law" (in: Transnational Legal Theory, Vol. 6, 3-4, 2015). And it explores the dynamic process of the extension and reprise of normative translations in the development of hybrid legal system.
