Abstract
This research aims to study factors that can affect employee performance and to explain the influences factors that affect employee performance. Four hundred sets of questionnaires were used for data collection. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that Job Satisfaction, Positive Emotion, and Organizational Support have a significant influence on Employee Performance.
