Abstract

This brief addresses issues concerning the class action to inform the question presented in TransUnion LLC v. Ramirez, No. 20-297. Specifically, the brief discusses the existing law of the class action and Article III justiciability and also discusses the function of the "typicality" requirement of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23.
