Abstract
RE-TREAT project aims to boost changes in the criminal proceedings within the justice systems
in order to improve their responsiveness to the particular needs of victims of sexual crimes. This
report examines the obstacles that victims of sexual violence in Spain may face when reporting and the eventual criminal proceedings at different stages.
