Abstract

Market Helper Indonesia (MHI) is an idea of a platform bridging between urban traditional market small traders to keep selling -instead of its poor physical condition, management and competitiveness - and urban customers to keep buying -especially Millennial the future customers but having little interest about it. The idea is to help small economy and healthy life style by offering ready to cook ingredients based on healthy diet recipes. Easy cooking ensures healthy diets. In other words, healthy by helping - customers can have healthy diets by buying fresh ingredients from small traders, actually they are helping small economy. MHI, presented in the 2019 Indonesia Development Forum of Bappenas, is planned to become a startup. As born from interior design classroom, MHI needs turning its website viewers into customers. For this, the writers use the same method of mix research method adjusting to the Covid-19 Pandemic – from offline to online. The major finding is that the complete online method is as possible and creative as the offline method as technology mediates all the online limitations. The abrupt transition from offline into online challenge also shows that the major problem of MHI startup begins with online display optimization.
