Abstract
This paper brings out the impact of use of e-delivery channels on the employee productivity and branch productivity of commercial banks in India. The commercial banks are divided into five broad groups- Foreign banks, Nationalized banks, New Private banks, Old Private banks, SBI and its Associates. For the purpose of this study six productivity ratios have been taken for a five year duration ranging from 2007-08 to 2011-12. Regression analysis has been made to bring out the impact of e-delivery channels on productivity performance. SPSS (version 19) is applied for statistical data analysis. The findings indicated that the productivity has positive relationship with the use of ATMs and Credit cards.
