Elements of Integrated Management of the Lao National Stadium

Abstract

This constructivist and qualitative research aimed to study elements of integrated stadium management and to propose management guidelines for the Lao National Stadium in enhancing its resource management, monetization of sport services and maximized use of facilities. It thus explored secondary data from documents for content analysis and would be a guideline for actual implementation. The study results indicated important elements of integrated management of the Lao National Stadium as follows: achievement focusing, creation of value propositions, employee engagement, efficient process, reporting for tracking progress, leading and strategic management. All of them would then enable the Lao National Stadium management to efficiently create value and added value.
