Abstract
This article is the companion article to Deontology posted on March 30, 2021.
The question presented is Donald Trump guilty of obstruction of justice? Obstruction of justice is any willful interference with the orderly administration of justice.
Did Michael Cohen, a convicted felon act on his own or at the direction and for the benefit of Donald Trump? If so, we may have a criminal and civil Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) case.
