Russian Abstract:Основная цель исследования, результаты которого представлены в данной работе – разработка и обоснование на основе сложившихся в доктрине взглядов системы теоретических положений о частноправовых аспектах предпринимательской деятельности членов семьи, супругов в различных бизнес-процессах в условиях реформирования российского законодательства, формирование научно обоснованной концепции по данным вопросам, выработке рекомендаций по совершенствованию правового регулирования предпринимательской деятельности в Российской Федерации как основы формирования бизнес-процессов в условиях реформирования российского законодательства на современном этапе развития.

English Abstract:The main goal of the study, the results of which are presented in this paper, is the development and substantiation, based on the doctrine of views, of a system of theoretical provisions on the private-law aspects of entrepreneurial activity of family members, spouses in various business processes in the context of reforming Russian legislation, the formation of a scientifically grounded concept on these issues, development of recommendations for improving the legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in the Russian Federation as the basis for the formation of business processes in the context of reforming Russian legislation at the present stage of development.
