Russian Abstract:В научном докладе проанализированы основные зарубежные и российские подходы к оценке качества государственного управления. На основе проведенного анализа обоснованы ключевые параметры качества государственного управления и разработана система показателей для их измерения и оценки. Приведены краткие итоги апробации разработанной системы.

English Abstract:The scientific report analyzes the main foreign and Russian approaches to assessing the quality of public administration. On the basis of the analysis, the key parameters of the quality of public administration were substantiated and a system of indicators for their measurement and evaluation was developed. Brief results of approbation of the developed system are presented.
