Abstract
Russian Abstract:В работе представлены результаты анализа мер бюджетной поддержки городов в России с учётом отраслевой структуры экономики города. Кейсовый анализ показал, что бюджетная поддержка не способствовала диверсификации экономики городов в России. Создание территорий опережающего развития (ТОР) вызвало налоговую конкуренцию за одну и ту же налоговую базу.
English Abstract:The paper presents the results of the analysis of measures of budgetary support for cities in Russia, taking into account the sectoral structure of the city's economy. The case study showed that budget support did not contribute to the diversification of the urban economy in Russia. The creation of territories of advanced development (TOP) has caused tax competition for the same tax base.
