Abstract
Our book, Patent Law: An Open-Access Casebook (2021), contains a full chapter on design patent law. This set of readings is adapted from that chapter. It is designed for professors who want to assign one day’s worth of materials on design patents. It is suitable for use in courses on patents, trademarks, in IP surveys, or in other courses.
