Abstract

Islamic religion doesn’t worship idols. It has been evolved and developed in central Asia. As a text, Quran, Sunna, Ijma, and Kiya are the traditional sources of Islamic legal system. It doesn’t confirm ancient customs. This religion was founded by the Prophet Mohammad. He was considered as messenger of the god. It recommends for five time daily prayer and donation of two and half percent of the income of the people. Contemporary Islamic Legal System is existed together either with Common Legal System or Civil Legal System or Socialist Legal System. Modern sources of law i.e. legislation, delegated legislation, precedent, equity, justice and good conscience are largely applied to maintain law and order in the society. Each and every Islamic person is recommended to make full devotion to the god and make fasting in Ramadan. Each devotee is recommended to go for Hazz at least once in their lifetime.
