Abstract
In Part 1 of this article, the authors introduced the types of agreements that use blockchain technology at “A Guidebook to Arbitrating Disputes Involving Blockchains and Smart Agreements. In this part, the authors discuss the types of agreements that use Blockchain Ledger technology by completing their introduction with an examination of smart agreements.
