How do they work?”, the types of agreements that use blockchain technology and in Part 2 ("A Guidebook to Arbitrating Disputes Involving Blockchains and Smart Agreements -- Where the Disputes Lie: When Blockchain Technology Will Need Help Sorting Out Its Contracts”) discussing the disputes that can arise, and jurisdiction, enforceability, and antitrust issues, in this concluding part the authors focus on arbitrating blockchain technology disputes.
