分散性著作权与生产力 (Fractional Authorship and Publication Productivity) [ICSR Perspectives]

Chinese Abstract: 每年的学术出版物数量都有增长的确切证明（例如 Bornmann & Mutz, 2015年，图1）。但是，这种增长是如何达到的呢？纯粹是由于增加了对研究的投入资金，导致了更多活跃的研究人员吗？还是各个研究人员都产出了更多的出版物？为了调查这些问题，我们以 Plume & van Weijen（2014年）的先前工作为基础继续探讨。

English Abstract: Authors divide their research output across publications, contributing via research collaborations. The trend is for authors to produce more publications per year (increased fractionalization) but for the overall number of publications per author to decrease. We suggest that the effort required to participate in research collaborations is a factor in the decrease in publications per author.
