This paper will seek to analyze the impact of digital transformation in family businesses in Pakistan. It will make use of the various factors within the country such as economic, cultural, and demographic in order to synthesize a conceptual model that will shape the impact of digital transformation on Pakistani family businesses and how it may vary from the impact on family businesses among developed countries across the globe.
