Abstract

Every individual must have experiences and feelings that are difficult to express verbally. Existing feelings can make individuals anxious about their lives. Visual Art in Counseling is one of the media to represent the feelings and past experiences that are hidden within the individual. This article uses a literature review using several references, such as books and other research articles as a support in writing. The purpose of this article is to provide knowledge for the wider community, to know that drawing, painting can help reduce their anxiety.
