Neil Rhodes y Jonathan Sawday, 2000). Los sabios y estudiosos renacentistas buscaban en libros y colecciones revelar el ´orden originario del mundo´, desvelar y exhibir la coherencia oculta de la Creación. (Retropost, 2011).

English abstract: A review of the chapter "In the Wilderness of Forms: Ideas and Things in Thomas Browne´s Cabinets of Curiosity", published in the book of retrofuturistic media studies 'The Renaissance Computer: Knowledge Technology in the First Age of Print' (ed. Neil Rhodes and Jonathan Sawday, 2000). Renaissance scholars and learned men tried to reveal in their books and collections the 'original order of the world'—unveiling and exhibiting the hidden coherence of Creation.
