Abstract

The authors, John Finnis and Robert P. George, filed a Brief as amici curiae in Dobbs v Jackson Women's Health Organization, on July 29, 2021. Their present paper follows the Brief's template with minor amendments and some substantial supplementations to its argument that the unborn are entitled to 14th Amendment protection as constitutional persons.
