Abstract

In this paper, the Digital Content and the Online Sales Directive are examined.The objective of the Directives is to harmonize in a targeted way the key mandatory rights and obligations of contract parties and thus, to contribute to faster growth of the Digital Single Market. They will contribute to the development of a common European sales law and thus, they are of great importance for the regulation of the civil law aspects of e-commerce.
