Copyright Law and Film Industry

Abstract

Copyright Law is all about the rights of the creators. This law is like a blessing to the creative and talented minds and hearts. This law protects the expression of the innovative ideas and helps them to provide a means to showcase their talents without any fear of getting their work copied.

One of the acts which most of us like to do is to watch movies. We all love movies. But here, the main point arrives that what about the rights of the actors, production companies, broadcasters, singers, writers, musicians, artists etc. there hard work could go in vain if copied by any other person in the same industry.

This paper throws light on the concepts which copyright succeeds to protect in order to not let the hard work of the people go in vain. It would comprise of the rights of the actors, broadcasting companies etc.
