Abstract
A major, multiyear project is underway to restyle (redraft) the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy from top to bottom. The goal is to improve their clarity and consistency without changing substantive meaning. This is the fifth and last set of federal court rules to be redrafted. The article offers some before-and-after examples of rules that have already been published for public comment.
