Abstract
As the increasing penetration of renewable energy in the distribution network, the optimal dispatch of electricity-hydrogen integrated energy system (EH-IES) has drawn great attention in recent years. The characteristics of EH-IES considered in the optimal dispatch are either too simple or too complicated complexity. At the same time, the working environment of the EH-IES is too idealized without robustness. Focusing on these problems, this paper presents the general model of hydrogen energy combining hydrogen production(HP) and fuel cell(FC) to decrease the computation complexity. An ultra-short-term optimal dispatch strategy based on distributionally robust optimization (DRO) is derived considering the system delay to ensure the robustness and security. In this paper, a novel optimization algorithm with parallel computation mechanism is proposed to improve computational efficiency and accuracy. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy and algorithm is verified in IEEE-33. The numerical results show that the fluctuations of distribution network is reduced by 30% when the system delay is considered. The optimization time of the proposed algorithm is one tenth of the traditional.
