Abstract
We examine the demographics of individuals who have changed their view in the aftermath of the UK’s 2016 referendum on EU membership (i.e., Brexit). Using a unique dataset capturing individuals’ changing views, we find that views relating to Brexit have deteriorated for women and older individuals, while those for the elderly have improved. We also find that views of individuals with higher education remain unlikely to change.
