Abstract

This work discusses the process in civil proceedings in Pakistan, especially in the Court of first instance. It mentions how a civil plaint is filed? What formalities are necessary for a case to proceed to the Court? Who shall submit written replies on behalf of corporations? How is a civil case conducted in the Court? What interim and permanent remedies are available to Courts to grant during the trial or when the case is finally decided? And how is the decree executed?
