Abstract

All around us, there are unintended consequences. You can readily see this arise when new laws are passed. Just about anything that is crafted, unleashed, invented, or discovered is bound to have a semblance of unintended consequences. It might be worth considering how the use of AI in the law could lead to both intended and unintended consequences, including both favorable and unfavorable outcomes.
