Synthesis and Hydrogen-Isomerization Performance of Ordered Mesoporous Nanosheet Sapo-11 Molecular Sieves

Abstract
An ordered mesoporous nanosheet SAPO-11 molecular sieve was synthesized using an uncalcined SBA-15 molecular sieve as the silicon source. The effects of silicon sources on the structure and properties of the SAPO-11 molecular sieve were studied. The growth mechanism of the nanosheet SAPO-11 molecular sieve is also described. An electrostatic polarity region formed between the template P123 contained in the uncalcined SBA-15 and the two-dimensional pipe of the SBA-15 molecular sieve. The electrostatic polarity region promoted the preferential growth of SAPO-11 molecular sieve along the c axis. The ordered mesoporous nanosheet SAPO-11 molecular sieve showed higher isomerization activity and selectivity.
