Sociocultural Factors and Gender Role in Female Education: A Phenomenal reviewed Study of Rural Bangladesh

Abstract
Education plays a significant impact in determining gender roles in society and influencing the socioeconomic and health conditions of a community. Education, as a human right, benefits both men and women and, in the end, equalizes their relationships. Women's access to high-quality education is thought to be a key indicator of a society's development. This paper reviewed the existing literature to conduct a phenomenal study, which identified sociocultural factors including traditional/religious beliefs and practices, cultural deprivation, social taboos, ethnic identity early marriage that affects as cultural barriers in terms of female education of rural Bangladesh. This study found that, despite of getting stipends every year, the dropout rate of female is higher than male students. High levels of pregnancies, household responsibilities are also considering as the major problems which led to dropout from education. Moreover, early marriage/child marriage is still one of the main reasons in rural Bangladesh by which many girls could not continue their study. In order to facilitate sustainable human growth, this study encourage a gender inclusive community from the family to school, around the board, and up to higher education. Furthermore, this paper also recommend that, a larger percentage of girls must be enrolled in the educational system,
existing rules and regulation on the principle of gender equality in education should be strictly enforced.
