Abstract

This paper traces the influence of politics upon climate scientists and the fraudulent studies of expert "consensus." Political support enables politicians greater control, and financial support encourages climate scientists to provide research supporting the views of their grantors. Broader looks at climate change show that it is a periodic phenomenon, not linked to industrial development or human activity. Finally, the paper considers the beneficial effects of global warming.
