Abstract

Classifications (typologies) of human behavior have long occupied the attention of researchers. They had been used in psychology, sociology, management, and economics and so on. However, existing classifications and typologies are based, as a rule, on expert systems. The main assumption in the paper is that a person has the opportunity to apply a universal method of structuring databases, knowledge and results of behavior. Filling of databases of problems depends on the purpose and subject area of behavior. The article describes a universal method of constructing an information space for a problem. There are examples for structuring arbitrary databases, systems and hierarchical structures. A system of operators working in the information space was built and studied. To describe human behavior, a system of two-component operators for the transformation of the information space is constructed. A dichotomous method of identifying a class (as operator in information space) is proposed that describes the behavior of a real person. Examples are given of developing questions for interviews and descriptions of behavior for real people (Russian and Ukrainian politicians were used as examples). The possible applications of the developed classification and the results of preliminary experiments are briefly described.
