Draft of amendments to the UN Charter on the Security Council and nuclear states

Abstract

The paper outlines the need to change the UN Charter as soon as possible and the main areas in which it is necessary to improve this Charter. Rather, it provides a direction in which to obtain the optimal solution to existing and future threats to humanity. If the functionality of the UN is not changed, the countries of the world will form several powerful coalitions to protect. Within each such coalition, the nuclear power will be able to redraw the borders of member states, start and end wars between member states. Given the growing level of digitalization, sooner or later such a war will begin.
