Abstract
This paper focuses on the modelling epidemiological disease COVID-19 with recently accepted method of SIR model. SIR (susceptible, infected, recovered model) this model gives rise to many ideas like synthesizing information to understand epidemiological patterns, developing quantitative evidence and decision-making in global health. This is considered as an important tool for thought especially in this current scenario. Here the mathematical modelling for the spread of disease, the SIR model and the travelling model which is considered as the realistic version of the earlier version is taken into consideration. The modelling of the SIR model is also done in Simulink matlab. The solution and validation of the initial two models is done using Euler’s Method and Range-Kutta’s Fourth order Method.
