Abstract
Context-sensitive human machine interaction is limited by the adaptability of respective machine interfaces and human individual dispositions and depends on the extent to which both can be aligned. Especially in context of technology-enhanced training, the individual learning process-supporting devices and their interfaces pose specific constraints to human learning processes. Learning processes may be enhanced by the combination of multi modal interfaces, e.g., provision of need-based visual support via augmented reality in addition to acoustic instructions. Results of this research are specified learning requirements of older employees and respective design guidelines for human machine interaction in learning factories.
