Abstract

Firearms have killed more than 17,000 people in the U.S. this year. Of these killings, the Tops Friendly Market and Robb Elementary School massacres have alarmed the nation. With the recent massacres shelling us into shock, not having fully recovered from mourning the 377, 791 firearm fatalities over the last decade, Americans are regarding firearms as a domestic tool of terror.
