Abstract

One of the most basic luxuries in daily life is access to the internet. Everyone makes use of the facts and information available on the internet. Blind people, on the other hand, have a difficult time accessing text resources. The advancement of computer-based handy systems has created a plethora of opportunities for the visually impaired all over the world. Screen readers, which use an audio response-based virtual environment, greatly assist blind people in using internet applications. This project introduces the structural design of a voicemail system that can be used by a blind person to easily access E-Mails. The involvement of research is assisting blind individuals to send and receive voice-based mail messages in their native language using a computer.
