This is a revised version of a briefing first published in May 2022. It includes the following:

• summary of key points and recommendations

• case studies of how the Online Safety Bill may affect the largest internet service providers, in relation to pornography, including Google, Twitter, OnlyFans and Pornhub; and

• an outline of the ways in which the Online Safety Bill will regulate pornography.
