Abstract
Korean Abstract: 본 연구에서는 제조업의 서비스화 중 특히 서비스를 최종재로 생산하여 제품과 함께 시장에 제공하는 행위(servitization)에 주목하여 제조기업에 의해 발생하는 서비스 매출과 수출을 파악함으로써 한국의 제조업 서비스화 진전 현황과 특징, 그리고 이것이 기업의 성과와 상품 수출에 미치는 영향 등에 대해 종합적으로 고찰하였다.
English Abstract: This study examines the status and characteristics of Korea’s servitization of manufacturing and its impact on corporate performance and exports. In particular, we focus on the phenomenon that manufacturing companies produce more services as final goods and provide them to the market with products. We we provide policy implications based on the findings, such as △ designing manufacturing-service industry linkage activation policies by the level of servitization △ supporting development of business models from servitization and △ improving statistics in consideration of servitization.
