Abstract

This research aims to provide a detailed document for a housing project that other organizations can use to develop a similar project. A housing project requires careful planning, considerable manpower, and a committed leader. At first, the researchers had trouble finding documents or studies that detailed the processes and procedures for undertaking housing projects. Thus, the researchers decided to conduct further research on this topic in order to provide a basis for people who wish to help others in rebuilding their homes. This could be used as a template for others who want to replicate the project. The researchers employed qualitative and observation methods to acquire crucial data and finish the study. In three months, the housing was able to help less fortunate individuals in Toledo City, Cebu, and rebuild 23 houses. The housing project was a success, and it benefited both the beneficiaries and the community.
