Abstract

This paper has analyzed the WhatsApp usage among the students of Kurukshetra University. Survey technique was used in this research paper for which 80 students of undergraduate and postgraduate programs were selected as samples in Kurukshetra University. Through data analysis we reached at the result as 80 respondents use Whatsapp. 42 respondents consume time in between 2 to 3 hours. According to selection of period for using WhatsApp, the majority of the respondents (26) select period of night. With regarding the routine of using WhatsApp, the major proportion of the respondents (70) was known to have been using WhatsApp daily.
