Abstract

In past writings, I have discussed how judicial expungement statements may uplift the petitioner, but the present paper goes further. It concentrates on how judicial remarks given when one has an on-the-boos record can, if carefully crafted, appeal to prospective employers, landlords, academic administrators, and the like.

Keywords: therapeutic jurisprudence, judicial remarks, informal judicial recommendation letters
