Abstract
This Paper was presented at the 2022 OSCE Human Dimensions Conference in Warsaw. It documents the human rights violations, crimes against humanity, and war crimes committed against the civilian population in portions of Ukraine occupied by Russian forces. In particular, this paper provides detailed analysis of kidnappings of human rights defenders, journalists, political opponents of Russian aggression in Ukraine. The report was presented in combination with the moving testimonies of victims.
