Abstract
The main aim of this study is to explore the factors that may lead to any data security, privacy infringement and data loss of customers by interviewing experts from this field. In addition, this study hopes to develop a comprehensive governance framework for data management and cyber security. The potential outcome of this study can help policymakers to improve current legislation to protect consumers from personal data leaks and companies to develop more holistic data governance frameworks.
