Determination of Nuclear Geopolitics Direction on Hr Development in Ukraine Versus Russia War

Abstract

The purpose of the research of the impact of the war of Ukraine versus Russia in relate it to human resource development is to know the planning and the financing for the future of the war as a determination factor of the human resource involvement in the design of war and the impact of war for the global human right. The research using troubling method with the design of data supporters of extreme and counter of the war by analysing of the relationship, listening, and knowing of being a part of impact of the war which the researcher is involved in the approach of qualitative research. The result shows that the determination of the Human Resource Development is needed to increase the participatory on ending or continuation of the war and the determination of the war in the future. The implication of the research put the planning and financing as a determination of the war become a key point in human resource.
