Abstract
On many factors of India’s higher education system, there is a vast quantity of literature. H. The relationship between the centre and states has and complicated system. It has important for the education sector’s growth for the central government and state governments are involved. New construction as well as in addition, meanwhile are put in place to improve union-state interaction. Their distinct responsibility in is the nation’s growth. This document gives an over view influence of centre and state education with special reference to Right to Education. Aside from detailing the complicated structure of the Indian federal system as described in the constitution, an attempt has been made to examine the centre and state relation towards education more broadly and in the higher education system in particular. During the procedure of centre and state relation some of the crucial issues we have come through like the power distribution among centre ns state, amount of funds provided by the centre and state for education. Centre and state power to make policy on education and how they implemented it.
