Abstract
Women have been fighting the struggle for reproductive rights for centuries. Women Reproductive Rights and Abortion rights are a global issues. The ability to reproduce has been given to women, and this ability differentiates women from men. In the early 1970s women did not have choice for whether, when, and how many children to have in their life, the situation was so bad at that time.
Even they do not have access to safe birth control methods and the Right to safe Abortion. It all has been started with small campaigns to spread awareness among women about their rights. Various rights have been given to women, and besides everything Right to Abortion has been recognized as the most essential and fundamental Right. It is the woman's body that will give birth, so it should be the choice of hers only to give birth to a child or not. Abortion is a subject that has divergent opinions as far as its legality is concerned. Everyone is in the big dilemma of whether a woman has a right to terminate her pregnancy at any time she wishes or whether an unborn child has a right to life. The researcher will address all these dilemmas in this paper and be specifically concerned about Rape women's Abortion.
Doctrinal method methodology has been adopted for this research. The doctrinal research involves the analysis of the case laws, statutes, and existing secondary information accessed from various sources like journals, websites, books, articles, etc.
